Going up? You’ll likely pause at Luma’s elevator lobbies turned stunning photographic galleries. Lightboxes illuminate bold black and white images that delight with a humorous slant. Taking cues from the quirky personality of Capitol Hill, Luma’s artwork creates a distinct impression without taking itself too seriously. At Luma, even the elevator lobbies are conversation starters among the residents and guests.

Pet Station

Luma caters to canines of the urban variety. Our four-legged residents are just as much a part of the family as our residents. Pamper your pooch with a bubbly scrub in the downstairs dog wash, or stretch his legs and meet up with pals in the Luma dog run.

Luma has partnered with Life Fitness to bring a mix of traditional and not-so-traditional fitness technologies to Luma. Up your game with state-of-the-art cross trainers, treadmills and spin bikes, plus stability equipment, weights and TRX suspension trainers to help you achieve your healthiest self.

Luma’s top-floor clubroom makes room for every mood. Private areas are designed for noshing with neighbors or flying solo with a good book. Or you can open it up for a full-on social soiree.

Feel free to prepare for special events and dinner parties in the clubroom kitchen. With a chef’s oven and gourmet cooktop, commercial refrigerator, warming drawers and an array of culinary tools, all you’ll need to bring are your best cooking skills.
