With actual view photos embedded in the technology, you’ll get a sense of what Luma will be like and how homes are laid out in a way that two-dimensions just can’t provide. This same technology is also available on multiple iPads throughout the Sales Center via the Luma app. The app uses iPad’s built-in compass technology to allow users to move the device around – left, right, up and down – to “go inside” Luma. Individuals can change their view level and even apply one of Luma’s three finish palettes to virtual model homes to see what the different options look and feel like. Luma’s Oculus and mobile app experiences mirror to big screen televisions in the center, allowing other visitors to see what the user is experiencing in real-time. This full-experience Luma app is also available for free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad owners all over the world.
