We’re now offering model and building tours, so please call us to schedule your appointment.  Our agents are veritable experts in the urban condominium world – plus they are great fun to chat with.

Luma Purchase & Sale Agreement and Public Offering Statement.

Luma’s documents are now ready for review. There is a specific Purchase & Sale Agreement that needs to be utilized when purchasing a home at Luma. This agreement cannot be posted on our website per Northwest MLS rules, but we can email it to you. Please click here to send the sales team an email, and you’ll receive it promptly. When submitting the Purchase and Sale paperwork for a home, you will need to provide an earnest money check (payable to First American Title Insurance Company) and a prequalification letter from one of Luma’s preferred lenders with your submittal.  Luma’s preferred lenders are readily available to explain your options, so explore lending options to find out more.

In addition, the development’s Public Offering Statement is now ready for review. Click here to download a PDF of the document.
